<p><span style="font-size: small;">In the physical environment of full contact team sport, the number and intensity of impacts sustained during training and in games has a significant effect upon the players' rates of recovery week to week.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;">Recent research conducted using GPSports products has highlighted if a player sustains too many impacts at a high load, this reduces their recovery such that there is a potential conflict with full recovery and the competition demands of subsequent weekly games. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">This information is vital in structuring mid week training for players to ensure that they are well recovered prior to the next competition game.</span></p>
