A quantum step in performance analysis and management is the ability to make decisions on player/squad performance in a real time monitoring environment. SPI RT gives coaching staff the ability to review the following variables for every player real time:

<li>Distance (broken down into time and % of time in zones).</li>
<li>Speed (max, average, minimum – total in zones)</li>
<li>Heart rate (max, average, minimum – total in zones)</li>
